Fabricio’s Chinese portrait

Today our CEO lends himself to the game of the Chinese portrait so that you can know him a little better!

Presentation
In a few words,
your career path:
My background is mainly in hotels and real estate, but I have also worked in the artistic sector. I worked for fifteen years in key positions in the luxury and club hotel industry and seven years in real estate on the Côte d’Azur.

How did you become a
property hunter?
It was my first experience in real estate that inspired the concept I developed with FRH. I noticed that the buyer was not at all taken care of by traditional real estate agencies, which were more focused on bringing in properties than on dealing with buyers, especially foreigners who are a little lost in the somewhat archaic French real estate system.
Where do you come from?
I was born in Venezuela, of Italian-French parents, and spent my first 10 years of life there before moving to Peru, then to Paris in France. I have lived in France since 1978 and for almost 25 years on the Côte d’Azur, in Nice.

Why did you choose the French Riviera?
I first discovered the coast when my parents came to live in Nice, then I went back to Paris to finish my studies until I missed this wonderful region too much and decided to settle there for good. Well, the real reason is that it’s the most beautiful region in the world!

If you were a season, you would be ….
I may surprise some people, but I would be… winter. I love winter on the coast as there are some amazing days with breathtaking light and clarity. A little less crowded too and I can go skiing just an hour away! I understand the early English who came here to spend the winter!
02
If you had to choose a city on the French Riviera, you would be…
I’ve lived in Nice for almost 25 years and I love this city which is constantly evolving and becoming more beautiful. Recently, dozens of kilometres of cycle paths have been built and I enjoy rediscovering this city by bike, but I also admit to having a soft spot for Antibes, smaller but still lively, the ramparts on the sea, the covered market… Antibes has a lot of charm!
03
If you were a park, a garden or a square, you would be…
I shouldn’t talk about it because it’s a little bit my secret place in Nice, but I would be Coco Beach in Nice, It’s a beach in the rocks, after the port of Nice, where the water is magnificent, you swim in the middle of the fishes, and you end up with an aperitif at the sunset after having bought your bread bagnat and your little bottle of rosé at the kiosk of the port…
04
If you were a restaurant, you would be….
Without hesitation, I would be the Mirabelle in La Gaude. Restaurant run by my friends Sophie and Michel Betis. You can eat excellent gastronomic cuisine at reasonable prices, with impeccable service, in a beautiful room where you are not on top of each other!

Finally, what do you particularly like about your job?
I love to see the smile in my clients’ eyes when they discover a house I have chosen for them and they immediately see themselves in it because it corresponds in every way to their criteria. It is a magical moment because I bring happiness to people and I am both proud and satisfied to have succeeded in my mission.
