FRH was born out of a desire to provide a differentiating and innovative way of working in real estate, but also to provide the best service to our clients so that we can always meet or exceed their expectations.
FRH is also a story of values, those that we transmit on a daily basis within the team, it is a story of desire, that of accompanying our clients in a very personalised way, it is a story of pleasure, that which we feel when we see the joy of our clients in having found their ideal home and it is above all a story of friendship, that which links the two founding partners of FRH, Fabricio Carminati and Laurent Escoffier.
FRH is Fabricio Carminati, CEO, who holds a Master’s degree in International Hotel Management.
After a 15-year career in the luxury hotel industry in Paris and then on the Côte d’Azur and 7 years in real estate, Fabricio decided to launch FRH, with the primary objective of providing a personalised, comprehensive and innovative service to people looking to buy or rent property on the Côte d’Azur.
It is alos Laurent Escoffier, Managing Director, who first had a successful career in retail.
In 2020, he decided to change careers and chose the real estate sector, which he was passionate about. He followed a solid training with a specialisation in rental management and joined Fabricio at the time of the launch of FRH, taking charge of the creation of the relocation assistance service.
Today, we focus on acquisition hunting. At FRH, our search engine is your satisfaction. We put ourselves in your shoes to help you find the property of your dreams. We take care of all the administrative procedures: purchase contract, signature of the notarial act, …
We also take care of the complete verification of the property so that it is as healthy as possible by checking the risks (flooding, plausible fire, …), finally that there are no defects.
