We had a wonderful experience working with Jessica and Matthew. They were incredibly kind, supportive, and helped us find a great apartment, especially after we decided to pivot from Nice to Antibes. We really appreciated how responsive and accommodating they were throughout the process. More than just great realtors, they are genuinely good people. When our dog was injured, Jessica went out of her way to help us and even picked up us and our dog from the emergency vet, which meant so much to us! We recently purchased a property through French Riviera House Hunting and worked closely with Diana. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. She really took the time to understand our needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, and Diana was always available to answer any questions we had. For us the search took a few rounds to be honest, as we ended up visiting every corner of Nice. We really took our time deciding on the final location (btw we would recommend to everyone renting a bike and cycling around to get a real feel for the different areas). However the real bonus in the whole process was the aftercare once the purchase was complete. Diana helped us navigate the post-purchase details, including setting up electricity and internet, and coordinated communication with the condominium's syndic. She also assisted us in sorting out some plumbing issues and resolving electrical safety issues that we had identified through the purchase report and contract. We haven’t moved in yet, so for now, we are looking at the purchase purely from a financial investment perspective. If you consider the lack of local knowledge, the lack of French, the insights you get into inheritance structuring, the aftercare support, etc., the return on the FRH fee is far higher than the return on the property itself. We worked with Silvia and Diana to buy our property in Antibes and they were fantastic. We started talking with them in late January and began looking at properties from February through April when we found the apartment we bought. They looked at 8+ properties in person for us and found 25+ in general. They also connected us with a great contractor to install AC and a notarie and mortgage broker. As foreigners buying property in France, it’s no small task with a lot of paperwork and long waiting times. It was worth the investment to work with them to help offload some major tasks. We had a great experience with Silvia and Diána from French Riviera House Hunting. We would highly, HIGHLY recommend them. Our search for a house took a while as we had several “must haves”. Both Silvia and Diána were very responsive and communicative during the search.  With them we were able to find a place in Cagnes sur Mer. And their help hasn’t stopped after the closing. They have repeatedly checked in to see if we need help with anything and continue to be responsive. For anyone contemplating a move to the French Riviera and needing help you’ll be in great hands with FRH. The requirement to choose a month for this review doesn't capture the duration of commitment and care provided by French Riviera House Hunting. Fabricio suggested that we meet in November 2024 while I was in town even though he was aware of my retirement timeline over a year into the future. We talked about what I thought I needed and he gently suggested that my "requirements" were atypical characteristics. I sensed immediately that I could trust him as I value truth - even if it isn't what I wanted to hear. He thought we should meet again when I was back in town during Spring 2025 where he made a second attempt to make me think more realistically. With visa approved and my arrival date confirmed Fabricio connected me with Diana Gango so we could talk about the search criteria before my move. Silvia Pierro joined the search team in early November so both ladies were working diligently over a month before my arrival and continued after wheels down. My rapid purchase details are unusual so I won't go into that here. Instrumental to the success was getting to view my [full gut, newly renovated] apartment the day before the "open house."  Having a team with established relationships in local residential real estate was invaluable. I would not have been able to see the apartment pre-market without my French Riviera House Hunting team. No less significant to finding my home was all of the integration support that both Diana and Silvia have and continue to provide. Opening a French bank account, appropriate and recommended insurance, home internet, electric contract, guidance and participation for garantie décennale enforcement, odd syndic situations, etc. They helped schlep all of my stuff through the streets of coastal Nice from my hotel to my apartment on a cold winter afternoon and even called to cancel a hair appointment when I was very ill and at a physician's office - embarrassing [for me], but true. I came upon FRH through a coincidental encounter with a former employee of the company.  And I am so glad I did!  I retired from a career in the US, and was looking for a long term rental in Nice.  Jessica at FRH was fantastic.  The Riviera is a competitive rental market, and Jessica is knowledgeable about the area, tenacious in her efforts to secure an apartment and responsive to her client's requests.
