Your mission at FRH:

• Contacting expat prospects looking for an apartment for rent in Nice or in the French Riviera

• Define search criteria with clients

• Put together rental files with clients

• Search for apartments matching our clients criteria

• Organise the viewings with our clients

• Assist our clients until signature of lease and relocation services

You’ll need to fill up on vitamins to:

• Explain and propose our services to prospects

• Convince future clients to use our services

• Find the perfect apartment or house for our customers

• Organise viewings and accompany your customers to appointments

• Accompany them throughout the search process, right up to the final lease

• Assist your customers (tenants, buyers and sellers) with administrative procedures right up to the lease signing

• Secure the file and analyze all documents related to the lease

• Ensure that all relocations services are effectively provided

• Deliver gifts to tenants and agencies

• Celebrate victory with the whole team!

 

To join our happy and dynamic team, you need to:

• Speak fluently English and good French

• Be motivated, dynamic, curious, committed and willing

• Have an attraction for commercial professions

• Love people, customer contact and human relations

• Carefully follow our training programs and apply it day to day

• Be willing to achieve a high level of service, integrate it and offer it to our customers

• Be prepared for an intense and challeging job!

 

Remuneration:

• Based on commissions. Potential revenue between 30 and 60 K€. It’s up to you!
