Initial consultation can be done on a video meeting, through WhatsApp or in our offices.
During this first meeting we will clearly define your project, better understand your expectations and establish a detailed summary of the specifics, including budget of course.
We will also give you clear insights about the real estate market here, the process of buying a house and, of course, we will explain who we are, what we do and how we can help you!
Once the project is clearly defined, we officialise the beginning of our collaboration with an exclusive property search contract, valid for a minimum of 3 months.
Once we have viewed and gathered all the necessary information, we will conduct a very precise estimation of your property, based on different appraisal methods.
Fabricio Carminati, Founder and CEO of FRH is also a registered Valuation Expert.
Once we agree on the sales price of the property we we officialise the beginning of our collaboration with an exclusive property sales contract, valid for a minimum of 3 months.
We will then prepare your property to be listed, including some home staging, if necessary, taking professional pictures and videos and presenting it with the FRH touch, that makes your property unique in the market!
We will also check with you that everything in the property is in working order and decide with you what needs to be repaired or changed to be able to present a house in the best possible conditions.
We strongly believe that a proper property will attract proper buyers! It’s a win-win strategy!
We will check if we have already buyers for your property among our international clients, which would also help us selling your property even before listing.
If not, we will thoroughly select the buyers with and make sure they have or can get a solid financing for their acquisition.
Once this first selection step done, we will organize the viewings. We prefer to showcase a house without the presence of the owners, in a neat and clean house, to be able for the buyers to better project themselves in the property.
Once we have a perfect match between a buyer and your property, we will take care of all the aspects of the buying / selling process from negotiations to final signature, ensuring that everything is taken care of, legally and administratively.
Once the final deed of sales is signed, we will ensure the smooth processing of our buyer / seller transition service.

We will also give you clear insights about the rental market of your area, the process of leasing a house and, of course, we will explain who we are, what we do and in what we’re different from other property management companies.
Once the project is clearly defined, we officialise the beginning of our collaboration with a property management contract, valid for a minimum of one year.
We will then prepare your property to be listed, including some home staging, if necessary, taking professional pictures and videos and presenting it with the FRH touch, that makes your property unique in the market!
We will also check with you that everything in the property is in good conditions and decide with you what needs to be repaired or changed to offer the most enjoyable property to our tenants. We strongly believe that a proper property will attract proper tenants! It’s a win-win strategy!
We will check if we have already tenants in our waiting list, which would also help us renting your property even before listing. If not, we will thoroughly select the tenants with good references and financial capacities and make sure we can guarantee the rent payment.
We will organize viewings only with the potential tenants presenting a solid file.
Once we have selected a tenant that you agree upon, we prepare the lease, obtain payments, and guarantees, and proceed to the inventory with the tenant. we will finally re-inspect the apartment within the reglementary ten days to see if anything needs to be added to it or repaired.
Once the lease is signed, we will help the tenant obtaining an insurance company, open a bank account, transferring utilities contracts so that everything related to the property rental is smoothly and safely taken care of and you don’t have to be involved in the process.
