ACQUISITION RESEARCH FEES

If the property is found through another real estate agency, we will share the agency’s commission. There are no additional fees to pay us on top of the seller’s agency fees.

We only charge a € 5,000 (VAT included) flat fee for acquisition budgets below € 300,000 or if the real estate agency through which the property is found would not collaborate.

If the house is found through a private or any intermediary not charging additional commissions, we will charge a fee equal to 3,6% (VAT included) of the net property price.

All fees are only due upon closing of the acquisition. No fees are to be paid in advance, as per law. Beware of any agency asking for non refundable advanced fees for an acquisition, they are totally outlaw.

Once the right home is identified, we guide our clients through the escrow process from start to finish. This takes a team to manage the process and expert negotiating to ensure a positive outcome for our clients. And above all, we will prevent you from buying a property that doesn’t fully match your criteria or might present a problem. RENTAL RESARCH SERVICES

Our rental research service fees are of 1,980 €. A deposit of 990 € is to be paid when signing your contract with us. A final payment of 990 € is to be made when signing the lease.

CONSULTATIONS

We provide consultations for buyers and renters. Our consultations are free. Paying consultations in real estate are forbidden by French law. Again, beware of any agency charging you for an initial consultation related to a real estate acquisition, sale, or renting project.
