FRH ASSISTANCE SERVICES

ACQUISITION RESEARCH & ADVISORY SERVICE FEES

If the property is found through a selling agency, FRH will charge a fee based on the net value of the property, as outlined in the following table:

FRH fees are calculated on the property price as specified in the pre-contract; these will be invoiced separately.

In addition to property research and relocation service fees, FRH will share the selling agency commission when applicable.

If the seller’s agency does not collaborate, FRH will charge an additional flat fee of €5,000

If the property is found through a private seller, FRH will charge a fixed fee of 4,2% of the property price, VAT included.

If FRH does not propose any properties or fails to find a property that matches your criteria, no property corresponding to the description of the property to be sought, FRH will not charge any fees and will remain liable for the costs incurred for the search.

All fees are due only upon closing of the acquisition. No fees are required in advance. Requiring fees before closing in a property acquisition process is illegal in France. 

Once the right home is identified, we guide our clients through the escrow process from start to finish. This takes a team to manage the process and expert negotiating to ensure a positive outcome for our clients. And above all, we will prevent you from buying a property that doesn’t fully match your criteria or might present a problem. RENTAL RESEARCH FEES

For rental research between Cagnes-Sur-Mer and Villefranche-Sur-Mer (including Nice) our fees are 2,500 € (Vat included)

For rental research outside this area (but limited to Menton to the east and Cannes/Mandelieu to the west) our fees are 2,800 € (Vat included).

RENT AND BUY 

Rent & Buy Fast Track

Rent research and acquisition research fees are the same as above, but by signing a Rent & Buy Fast Track contract you get a €300 discount on rental research fees + 15% discount on our buyer fees, if you purchase with us during the rental period.

Rent & Buy Riviera Bridge

Rent research and acquisition research fees are the same as above, but by signing a Rent & Buy Riviera Bridge contract you get a 10% discount on our buyer fees, if you purchase with us during the rental period.

CONSULTATIONS

We provide consultations for buyers and renters. Our consultations are free. Paying consultations in real estate are forbidden by French law. Again, beware of any agency charging you for an initial consultation related to a real estate acquisition, sale, or renting project.
