Sue Noudaranouvong is the European Senior Investment Advisor. She lived and worked in France for over 10 years before immigrating to America. She attended universities in France and later in the US. She possesses exceptional cross-cultural communication and fluencies in three languages.

With over 10 years of international experience in Europe, coupled with over 20 years of successful careers in a multitude of industries in France and the US, she now manages clients’ investment portfolios, conducts investment reviews, prepares recommendations for appropriate investment products, provides advice to a variety of clients, and helps them make informed decisions. She maintains extensive contacts with clients and assists in client advisory regarding tax, real estate, and investment matters.

With over 30 years of combined expertise and international experience, coupled with years of business connections in Paris, she provides invaluable services to help our clients buy rental or vacation homes as an investment in France. 

Peter Noudaranouvong attended universities and business schools in the United States. With dedication and solid international experience, he has built successful government and big corporation careers over the past 30+ years. He is also the founder of two investment LLCs in America.

Peter is a savvy investor with decades of business experience in Southeast Asia. He lived and traveled extensively in the region for over 20 years. He is an expert in dealing with regional firms and commands strong cross-cultural communications, and fluencies in three languages. In 1994, he secured a joint-venture investment project with a regional firm and led the joint project operations until 1999. In the U.S., he has over 20 years of deep experience in mortgage banking, life insurance, corporate accounting, US government, and real estate investing. He also possesses a solid background and expertise in Finance, HFs, and PE investments. 

To execute his strategic vision to expand operations in prime real estate markets in Europe and Southeast Asia, Peter actively seeks strategic collaborations with reputable property consultancy firms in Bangkok and Paris.
